One of the many things that kills faster other than death is thinking that you know it all. When you began to ignore others' opinion thinking that nothing good can ever come out of them, then you are in this category. Your ideas might be useful, but why will you refuse other ideas contrary to your own? You don't need to ignore, just check them out, it might be useful to you. You should not be part of those who think others are too younger, or of lower standard, or too ignorant to learn from.
