I could remember a story that I was told. There was a King that did a funeral for his mother. After the event, he called one of his workers and told him that he did not see him at the event. The man told him that he came and he described how the event took place. So, the King told him that what you should have done is to ask me the reason I said you did not come. So, the man asked and the King said, "I did not see your own envelope". The man was astonished and told the King that how could he (a mere worker) give him a gift for his event when he knows that he already has what he needed for the event. The King smiled and said, "That is where you are missing it, for the fact that you know I have does not mean that you shouldn't give me a gift for my event. You don't have to look at the status of people before you give. What if I still need some other things that I could not think of?
